Mission
Simplify procurement processes by offering an intuitive marketplace for approved suppliers and products. The goal is to ensure compliance with contracts, optimize budgets, and improve operational efficiency.
Solution
The e-procurement module replicates the simplicity of an online store while enforcing procurement rules. Users access catalogs tailored to their location or department, with approved suppliers and negotiated price lists. The system supports multi-warehouse operations, segmented carts by supplier, and configurable budget limits. Contractual constraints ensure compliance, while optional CPQ integration enables complex product configurations. This approach combines usability, governance, and scalability for diverse procurement needs.
