To allow Energy Communities to participate in a structured and compliant way in the future Energy Flexibility Market with the role of Balance Service Provider (BSP), coordinating production, consumption and load reduction, for the benefit of CER members and the overall electricity system.
Solution
The solution makes it possible to simulate flexibility scenarios, notify CER members in real time, coordinate actions to reduce or shift consumption and manage the distribution of economic incentives deriving from the market. The CER operator maintains a centralized view of the entire operating cycle.

The Neta Energy Community module collects production and consumption data from CER members in real time and integrates them with metering, CRM and Billing systems. The solution enables interaction with flexibility market players (DSO and GME) by supporting the definition of capacity to reduce or increase loads, participation in flexibility auctions and the management of the resulting economic flows. The entire process is monitored and tracked, ensuring transparency, operational control and regulatory compliance.
