The telemedicine platform is essential in emergency scenarios, when the various forms of "tele-services" (televisits, telemonitoring, teleconsultation, etc.) represent a strategic advantage to ensure the right to health.
- Through an app and electromedical devices, patients transmit their vital signs (e.g. body temperature, oxygen saturation, blood pressure, etc.) and are monitored remotely to ensure optimal clinical and nursing management.
- Digitise the care of certain chronic conditions (e.g. heart failure, diabetes, hypertension) and their remote care to address the need to monitor patients, optimise available resources and limit physical access to healthcare facilities.
