ENG signs onto
the Avviso #RiParto

Introducing measures to support Parenthood and the return to work for parents.

At ENG, we place the holistic wellbeing of our people at the center, including social wellbeing, of which Parenthood is an important aspect.

To facilitate a parent’s return to work and promote work-life balance after a leave of absence due to the addition of a child to their family, we have signed onto the Avviso #RiParto, an initiative made possible by the President of the Council of Ministers – Department for Family Policies.

The program recognizes the value that skills gained through parenting bring to the workplace, promoting the personal and professional development of parents through a variety of measures, including Training-on-the-Job with support from an internal Tutor, and Parental Transition Coaching with the guidance of a certified Coach.

Supporting Parenthood is a concrete step toward a more inclusive work environment that fosters authentic connections between work, family, and the community.
