Engineering is participating in the course “Understand the Gender Pay Gap and Learn to Negotiate”, promoted by the Career Service of the Politecnico di Milano in collaboration with the Equal Opportunities Unit and the DEIB Department.

The initiative is aimed at students from Engineering, Design, and Architecture programs, with the goal of building awareness around pay equity, gender equality, and effective negotiation — key skills for entering the workforce with confidence.

In the “Learn to Negotiate” module on November 21, Eng will contribute through the voice of Elena Beatrice Stroppa (Benefits Manager) and Dario Giannoccaro (Group Organization, Compensation & Global Mobility Director).
Their session will focus on contracts, salary packages, and benefits — essential tools for protecting professional value and shaping a fair and sustainable career.
