The development team needed to optimise its internal processes, now managed through ticket approvals, while ensuring maximum security. To offer a more efficient and citizen-friendly service, the institute took the opportunity of the NRRP to innovate and adopt new technologies.

We drive standardized and accelerated development of new components by adopting a "Platform Engineering" approach. The Developer Portal acts as a unified access point, linking developers to essential services, tools, and documentation, and simplifying their workflows.
