This is where our Digital Factory solution (MOM) Manufacturing Operation Management/(MES) Manufacturing Execution System comes into play, replacing some outdated production management systems and old printing processes across various production units, from information on individual consumption units to box and pallet labels. The different modules developed, including MES, Labeling, IDF (Integrated Digital Factory) Connector, and Scan to Consume, are capable of radically optimizing data exchange with automation, collecting data from production, quality, and ERP systems, and sending it to other applications in use. Today, our solution has been officially adopted for the group’s Smart Manufacturing on a global scale and is active at various levels in more than 30 plants worldwide.
