The Italian multinational group, a leader in the confectionery industry, launched the project to equip its Legal team with an evolved document management and knowledge sharing system in Food Law & Regulatory. The challenge was to harmonize distributed tools across email, Teams and SharePoint, improving access, organization and collaboration on legal documents.

An integrated system with Microsoft Teams, Outlook and SharePoint has been implemented to centralize the management and sharing of legal documents. The solution enables uploading via email or drag-and-drop, activates an AI-enhanced ingestion process that includes automatic translation, deduplication, content extraction and classification. Searching is via natural language chatbot or interface with filters on metadata. The repository is synchronized with an AI index that ensures continuous updates and efficient searches.
