Data analytics to support Sales and HR Departments

We implemented Power BI and Microsoft Analytics tools to assist with the consolidation of the client's data.

Challenge
The company we worked with is an Italian firm based in Bolzano, specializing in collectibles, ceramic and porcelain figures, interior decorations, and home accessories.
Approach
Together with the client, we developed a solution to analyze the sell-out data to support the business. In addition, we implemented a second project stream to provide the HR department with analysis and insights on the current workforce.
Solution

We created a data warehouse that consolidates data from various sources, including CRM. This project had two main streams:

  • For the Marketing department, an analysis of the most important KPIs was conducted, such as loyalty cards, frequency of purchase, age of customers, and turnover incidence on registered and non-registered sellouts.
  • For the HR department, an analysis was carried out using Power BI to assess the hours of absence, turnover rate, and staff size in terms of entries and exits during the reference periods.
