One of Central Europe's largest oil producers and refiner required a system to manage the asset components at its European filling stations, thus organizing maintenance activities, monitoring contractor tasks and allocating costs to the corresponding asset type. The customer chose our partner OverIT solution, a cloud-based solution accessible from both mobile devices and as a desktop application, for the specific features provided, such as:
- Anomaly handling: Issue detection and troubleshooting on assets
- Work order dispatching to external contractors: quick assignment of activities by franchisers to external contractors due to an advanced scheduling engine
- Evaluation of operational data: maintenance data are firstly analyzed to determine the maintenance budget and create reports of the operating costs for each activity
- Third-party integration: deep integration with SAP for debriefing activities
- Maintenance process management: execution of maintenance activities, including damages, faults, downtime and warranties.
