Our Client is a Trust Company, part of one of the largest Banking Groups in Italy and in Europe, focused on asset administration, placement of securities, administration of shareholdings, purchase of capital. The challenge is to support the Commercial Area through the automated integration of different types of information from different sources.

The goal was to automate repetitive tasks and procedures, subject to possible manual errors by employees, leaving them more time to focus on higher value-added activities.

In detail, our solution involved the use of the RPA technology - Robotic Process Automation - to combine the information available into the Customers Database with those owned of other companies of the Group, integrating data such as the NDG Number (customer identification code), branch code, etc. Not only: today, after the first positive introduction of the Robotic Process Automation technology, the Client has chosen to introduce this technology for the optimization of the Anti Money Laundering (AML) process, automating data collection from different sources, with the purpose of carrying out an appropriate verification of the subjects.
