A GenAI Solution for Customer Orientation

We optimize the click-through rate of commercial emails through advanced algorithms that personalize content, increasing customer engagement.

Challenge
The customer required a GenAI solution specifically designed for the insurance sector, capable of increasing the click-through rate of promotional emails despite the limited amount of data available in its database. It was therefore necessary to maximize the value of the available information, develop effective strategies to optimize engagement, and drive an increase in purchases.
Approach
We mapped customer journeys and analyzed CRM, interaction, and campaign data to identify key behaviors and opportunities. We ran co-design workshops with business and technical stakeholders, iteratively prototyped and validated models and content-personalization logic and agreed on a prioritized roadmap with measurable KPIs.
Solution

A predictive click-propensity model, trained on historical CRM data, customer interactions, and product KPIs, made it possible to identify the customers most likely to click on an offer and subsequently purchase a specific insurance product. Through the integration of data analytics and machine learning, the solution identifies the most relevant audience segments to target.

The GenAI component uses an LLM (Gemini 2.5) to analyze the textual content of campaign emails, extracting key semantic KPIs, such as offer value, urgency, clarity, visual structure, and tone of voice, and evaluating their impact on campaign performance. The solution also supports the creation of new emails with content and structures designed to have a greater impact on the target audience.
