The project delivers an advanced surveillance system based on an interoperable digital infrastructure, supporting primary, secondary, and tertiary prevention of major diseases through integrated analysis of digital human body models, digital biomarkers, data registries, and information from IoT devices and digital applications.

Engineering develops a platform for population monitoring and stratification and for decision support in intervention planning, powered by healthcare and environmental data and designed to be extended with additional data sources and decision‑support algorithms.
