"The FLEXI-cross solution is developed and deployed as an innovative border-checking solution in real operational environments, addressing road, rail and port borders. The resulting flexibility and dynamicity of border check planning offers novel capabilities such as dynamic deployment of check-points and support via mobile applications for border personnel, while guaranteeing high level of security, privacy of personal data and protection of people's fundamental rights. Engineering coordinates the project and is responsible of the overall architecture. It also leads the pilot in the Galati port.

The project has received funding from the EU Horizon Europe programme - Contract No. 101073879.
