Solution
The solution enables the configuration of notification rules for customer clusters, the automatic sending of pre- and post-deadline reminders, the monitoring of outcomes and the activation of subsequent actions (e.g. soft reminder, proposal for instalments). Operators intervene only in exceptional cases.
Actions
Neta Customer Gate integrates billing and payment status data with a multi-channel alert notification engine (app, web, email, push). For non-domiciled customers, the system automatically intercepts bills that are close to due or overdue and activates personalized communications with amount, deadline and call-to-action direct to digital payment. Notifications are configurable for priority, timing and frequency, with full traceability of interactions. Integration with payment channels allows you to complete the operation in a few steps, reducing friction and forgetfulness.
