myEliot Donor – The App for Donors

ABSTRACT
How can the entire donation journey be digitally supported? myEliot Donor streamlines bookings, questionnaires, communications, and report access, delivering a faster, safer, and more accessible experience.

Where: Italy
Mission
The challenge is to make the donation journey simpler, more seamless, and closer to donors’ needs, reducing waiting times, manual steps, and information fragmentation. myEliot Donor addresses this by providing a mobile-first experience fully integrated with Eliot 3.0, our web-based solution for end-to-end Transfusion Medicine workflow management.
Solution
myEliot Donor brings together all essential features in a single app to support users before, during, and after donation: smart selection of available centers by date, georeferencing, digital medical questionnaire, always-accessible reports, contact updates, and recognition tracking. Its native integration with Eliot 3.0 provides an administrative console to manage calendars, questionnaires, reports, agreements, communications, and process traceability, ensuring security, traceability, and GDPR compliance, while supporting regional and multi-organization models.
Actions
The approach focuses on digitizing the key touchpoints for donors: selecting available appointments, completing questionnaires via smartphone, accessing their report history, and receiving push notifications for campaigns, reminders, and blood shortages. The app is available on Android and iOS, including older devices, and ensures secure management of healthcare data.
