From the change of residence to the request for certificates, from information about the school to local contributions: this is the Chatbot of the Municipality of Rimini, the digital assistant for immediate help, easy to consult.

The project carried out with the support of Municipia will be discussed on April 13 as part of the conference "How information technology changes relationships and services to citizens" to be held at the Rimini Tiberio Open Laboratory.

Piero Luisi - Director of Innovation Design & Marketing - Public Sector & Healthcare Direction of Engineering and Manuela Vesentini - Commercial Director of Northern Italy of Municipia will present from 11:10 am the results of the research on the usability of the digital assistant of the Municipality of Rimini.
