This year Engineering is again attending the FED 2023, one of the most important events in Europe dedicated to media and digital. Organized and promoted by Comunicare Digitale, the European Digital Forum is held in Lucca, hosted by the Municipal Administration, and this year celebrates its 20th anniversary of commitment to the sector.

The FED brings together more than 300 top experts and professionals for two extraordinary days of meetings, conferences, panel discussions, networking, demo area, exhibitions, social events and workshops.

The themes of this edition are 4K/UHD OTT STREAMING and CONTENT IP REMOTE PRODUCTION representing the latest developments in the fields of media, strategy, technology, regulation and content for new digital scenarios.

On the FED stage representing Engineering will be Gianluca Polegri, Head of Digital Solutions, who will explain how the Metaverse will influence the future of TV and digital services. This is a unique opportunity to learn first-hand about the prospects offered by this emerging technology.

In addition, FED 2023 attendees will have the chance to experience at our booth a Metaverse format dedicated to sports content, usable through viewers and integrated with current TV programming; an immersive experience that will show the potential for convergence between the virtual and real worlds.
