Assessment of local taxes: the use of databases

Municipia, Engineering Group, at the Weblab of the IFEL School.

Municipia, Engineering Group, participates in the training program developed as part of the activities outlined in the Collection Project, aimed at providing municipal officials with practical skills for the use of databases, in order to effectively carry out control and assessment activities for municipal taxes.

The training program, structured in 9 modules, begins with a meeting organized by the Revenue Agency, intended to present the databases available for municipalities and their main operational functionalities.

Francesca Ventura, Business Process Outsourcing Manager at Municipia, will participate in the following modules:

  • Tuesday November 5 at 11:00 - Module 3 | IMU - Properties of Category D
  • Tuesday November 12, 2024 at 11:00 - Module 4 | IMU - Properties Owned by Non-Commercial Entities (ENC)
  • Tuesday December 3, 2024 at 11:00 - Module 2 | TARI - Non-Domestic Users

Each session will include a regulatory introduction on the types of properties discussed, an overview of the most relevant controls to be performed, and an in-depth look at the necessary data for the controls, through the sharing of some real case studies of verification and assessment.
