Challenge
A primary customer who operates in the energy market has involved us in the creation of an IT solution to manage the sale of Extra Commodities services. In an increasingly complex and competitive market environment, we have understood this need, creating a solution for the end-to-end execution of processes that maximizes the return on multi-year investments on legacy IT systems and, at the same time, enables a roadmap transition to cloud services to manage business processes supporting sales in the commodity sector of Power and Gas.
Approach
Thanks to our skills we have created the Energy App, which responds to the need for the sale of value-added services for electricity and gas in Cloud SaaS mode, with more than 30 preconfigured business processes, integrated with the client's legacy systems.
Solution
Energy App ensures greater potential of the Salesforce CRM functions, integrating with the customer's Metering, CPQ, Billing, Accounting, Credit Check and Printing systems. It supports business processes in the Marketing, Sales, Post Sale, Customer Care areas in a flexible and scalable way, covering the main areas of sales support: - Commercial: product change, complaints management - Acquisition: activation, transfer - Termination: switch-out, deactivation - Technical / Operative: self-reading, plant estimates We have involved Business Process Management (BPM), Business & User services and Technology & Cloud Services skills. To date, the solution has been adopted by the main companies in the Electricity and Gas sector.
