Together with our client, a European industrial group, we implemented a digital solution for managing attendance and accruals, with the goal of simplifying HR processes and improving the employee experience.

Challenge
With operations across multiple European countries, our client faced fragmented time tracking processes and highly diverse regulatory requirements. This highlighted the need for a unified digital approach capable of supporting central HR governance while ensuring ease of use for both managers and employees at the local level.
Approach
In collaboration with our partner UKG, we designed and implemented a centralized solution for attendance and accrual management. The project followed a phased European rollout, combining local customization with a unified architecture to ensure regulatory compliance, scalability, and consistency across all participating countries.

To ensure smooth and coherent deployment across geographies, the solution was delivered through a wave-based model. Each wave covered a cluster of countries and followed a structured process: requirements gathering, solution configuration, demos, user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and go-live. Once the rollout was completed, the system entered AMS (Application Management Services) mode, ensuring operational stability, continuous support, and ongoing improvements.
