BeFlexible: cross-sector services and interoperable platforms for smart grid operations
BeFlexible defines a new concept of common cross-sector data space, in which a series of interoperable digital platforms and innovative energy services are implemented and integrated. The project includes the design of a Grid Data and Business Network (GDBN) and the definition of a system architecture to ensure full data interoperability and to enable the creation of new business models providing additional value to meet consumers’ needs in compliance with a stable regulatory framework. Engineering is responsible for the design and definition of the BeFlexible Common Data Space Architecture and supports the Italian Demo partners in the implementation and integration of the pilot in the city of Rome.
This project has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon Europe programme under Grant Agreement nº 101075438.
