One-stop-shop mobile app for direct communication between PA, Territorial Health and citizens. The main functions are user guidance and information support for a quick and direct solution to citizens' needs regarding public services in the areas of administration, health, tourism, payments and messaging. The app includes analytics to monitor user experience and provides a "feedback section" for continuous improvement and development of services.
