The timely management of network anomalies is essential to ensure continuity of the water service. Reduce reaction times to measurement and network anomalies, automating the transition from alarm to operational intervention, improving service reliability, water resource protection and the efficiency of technical teams.
Solution
The solution enables continuous asset monitoring, configuration of alarm rules, and automation of operational flows to field teams. The company can coordinate interventions, monitor their progress and automatically close alarms following the outcome of the ODI, maintaining full traceability of activities.

MDM Water collects parameters, events, and diagnostic bits from meters and SAC systems, applying configurable algorithms to detect operational and consumption anomalies. When specific conditions are met, the system automatically generates an alarm and triggers the creation of an Intervention Order (ODI) to the integrated CRM or WFM systems. All events are tracked and stored in the Data Lakehouse, ensuring end-to-end visibility on the alarm-intervention-resolution cycle.
