Engineering announces its new Group CFO
Engineering announces today that Massimo Cunico has resigned from his role as Group Chief Financial Officer to pursue other opportunities outside of the Group. To ensure a smooth transition, the Board of Directors of Engineering and CEO Maximo Ibarra have agreed with Massimo Cunico that he will remain in his role until September when the change will be effective.
During this time and until the end of his term, Massimo Cunico will continue to oversee all of the Group's engagements with the financial community.
Engineering is delighted to announce that Pasquale Iannone will succeed Mr. Cunico as Group Chief Financial Officer and will commence in this role on September 16th.

Pasquale Iannone holds a Graduate degree in Economics from Luiss Guido Carli in Rome, Italy, and has undergone extensive training in Advanced Negotiation, M&A, and due diligence.
Pasquale's distinguished career includes transformative roles in several multi-national and Italian companies, either publicly-listed or owned by private equity. In those roles, he showcased his strong ability to lead financial operations and contribute to growth.
