Engineering promotes the ninth edition of Assinter Academy, the high-profile multidisciplinary training initiative for the ICT management in the public sector, with a particular focus on digital healthcare, created in collaboration with major Italian universities and with the main ICT players.
Created by Assinter Italia - the association that brings together the In-house IT companies of the Regions and Autonomous Provinces - and in collaboration with Polytechnic of Milan and the SDA Bocconi, the Academy is a training project for managers, executives and technicians.
Within the Assiter Academy 2022, a module dedicated to Design Thinking and UX Design, with our Director Innovation Design & Marketing - Smart Gov & eHealth Piero Luisi we will tell how we are creating the new citizen experience of digital services in healthcare, through:
- the adoption of methodologies, techniques and tools of design thinking, user centered & service design
- the investigation of citizens' digital culture and skills.
At Engineering, we apply Design Thinking and Open Innovation in all innovation initiatives that aim to improve the quality of life of citizens through the implementation of the services of the digital citizenship ecosystem, in which the focus is on the ease of use of the multichannel and multimodal (physical/digital) citizen experience and the ability of the public organization to ensure the digital transformation of the service model from bureaucratic to citizen centered.
