Rock Your Mind is back in Milan for its fourth edition!
Engineering is the Main Partner of Rock Your Mind, the STEM Festival dedicated to innovation and sustainability.
After the success of the first three editions, Rock Your Mind is ready to 'rock' the world of work and recruiting.
The STEM festival highlights sustainability, innovation, and the future of work, offering numerous opportunities to actively participate and demonstrate the value of many young people, including students, graduates, and recent graduates, through innovative assessments, interviews, and fun challenges with Easter Eggs.
Rock Your Mind is the first major festival dedicated to the STEM world, with a particular focus on gender diversity and equality. Engineering offers the opportunity for 10 young job seekers to participate in a group assessment at our Milan headquarters. Candidates will have the opportunity to get to know our company better, visit our headquarters, and participate in engaging assessment activities.
At the end of the morning, Engineering and other large national and international companies will gather in Milan at the Base space to share visions, knowledge, and innovations. On stage, Alessia D'Addario, Engineering' Chief Human Resources Officer, will talk about how young people are integrated into the company, the training opportunities that Engineering offers to young people, and the enthusiasm that the future brings.
Each talk of the day will be accompanied by a classic rock evergreen; Engineering has chosen the great success of Patty Smith, "People have the power" , which perfectly embodies our values!
Rock Your Mind always concludes the day with a grand live concert. For this fourth edition, Manuel Agnelli will rock the audience on stage!
