Engineering's IT&Management Academy resumes live lessons with the two-year education courses for young talents

After two years of online courses, the IT & Management Academy "Enrico Della Valle" is starting in-person lessons again.

    • 4 months of courses will give young people all the tools they need to cover the new roles demanded by the market such as Cybersecurity Specialist, Data Analyst, Cloud Native Engineer, Business Consultant and Software Developer

    • More than 370 new talents are expected to start their education in the next 6 months alone

    The doors of the IT & Management Academy "Enrico Della Valle" of Engineering, the Italian leader in digital transformation processes for PA and companies that just recently announced the goal of 1,000 new hires in 2022 alone, of which 750 already joined the Group, are reopening.

    After two years marked by an intense online education activity, which only in 2021 has accumulated 25,000 educational days with the involvement of 10,000 participants, the Academy returns to conduct in-person classes as well and launches educational courses of excellence aimed at the inclusion of recent graduates and STEM and non-STEM graduates.  For these young talents, the Academy reopens its doors inaugurating an exceptional 24-months educational program.

    The new educational offer, which is highly professionalizing, thus adds to the intense activity of the Academy, which for over 20 years has not only taken care of the upskilling and reskilling of Engineering people and its customers, but also collaborates with some ITS in the country to bring technological education to the school benches, supports realities such as the Community of San Patrignano in creating digital education courses in order to facilitate entry into the world of work, and supports all Engineering Group structures in their collaborations with the university world.

The new colleagues joining the company are ambitious talents, who love to work together in a constructive and challenging environment and believe in technology and digital as enablers that help simplify the lives of companies, Public Administrations, people; but also make a difference in speeding up the achievement of ESG goals.  The reopening and the new two-year educational plan confirm once again how our Group is focusing on people to become the Italian Tech Champion able to support the country in the digital transition process. In addition, as it happens to all the professionals working in Engineering, the education of these young men and women will continue over time, going hand in hand with the career path and with growth opportunities also at international level".

    In collaboration with Talent Garden, Europe’s leading digital education provider, and the education company HXO, which will be also joined by leading national universities in the coming months, the Academy will offer new and recent graduates a specialized educational plan, involving the integration of 3 educational dimensions, to fully develop their technical, domain and personal skills at 360°, and also to transfer the company's values based on sustainability, inclusion and diversity.

    In this way the following professionals will be formed:  Cybersecurity Specialist, Data Analyst, Data Engineer, Cloud Native Engineer, Business Consultant and Software Developer                                                                                       

    4 educational courses will be launched each month and in the next 6 months alone, the Academy will begin training more than 370 recent STEM and non-STEM graduates and undergraduates, 30% of whom will be women.
