Throughout his career, he has held increasingly senior positions at CheBanca! and Veneto Banca, where he served as CIO, and later at UniCredit, where he was Head of Credit Application.

Mauro has extensive expertise in banking organization, demand & project management, and managing financial solutions for major Italian IT outsourcing companies.

Holding a degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Padua, he has over 20 years of experience in the IT sector, transforming business visions into tangible solutions and driving digital innovation.
