Our client, a leading telco in Italy, needed to ensure operational continuity and service quality across a complex, evolving network. Key challenges included technology integration, migration to converged services, and delivery of complex projects, alongside efficient voice and data management, proactive monitoring, and continuous support for business and public customers
Approach
We adopted an integrated consulting approach, combining specialized technical expertise with strong project governance capabilities. Our methodology is grounded in a structured Service & Project Management framework, supported by dedicated Technical Project Managers who oversee end-to-end activities, from design to delivery. Additionally, we deployed a 24/7 Network Operations Center (NOC), enabling continuous monitoring and proactive incident management to ensure timely response and high service quality.

The project was based on end-to-end solutions integrating network design, provisioning, and operational management, ensuring continuous, high-performance service delivery. Project management activities were conducted using an agile approach, covering the planning, implementation, and testing phases of the solutions defined with the client.

Our 24/7 NOC took over monitoring, incident response, and performance optimization. Centralized management enabled cost reduction, improved infrastructure resilience, and ensured continuity of connectivity services.

We currently manage 20,000 network devices, 350 BNG nodes, AAA systems for 2.5 million users, and over 100 RADIUS servers, in addition to continuous oversight of the Core IP Backbone with more than 400 devices.
