Entrusting the development of mobility services in the MIND area to strong partners like Miccolis and Municipia is a strategic choice to provide tangible solutions and benefits to enhance users' experience in using mobility services.
Approach
The partnership between Lendlease and Miccolis-Municipia for the development of mobility services and the integrated app for citizens is a significant step towards creating a cutting-edge and sustainable urban environment in the MIND area. Leveraging the expertise and resources of both companies, the partnership is bringing to life a service that meets the needs of residents, workers, and visitors, while also being capable of adapting and growing with the city's evolution.
Implementation of sustainable and smart mobility services in the MIND area: MIND Transfer, MIND Shared Mobility, MIND Taxi, and MIND NCC, MIND Mobility App, Assistance, and Support. MIND Transfer offers a shuttle service with two high and medium-capacity electric buses, equipped with access verification devices and service monitoring; the stops are served by intelligent information boards that display real-time vehicle arrival times. MIND Shared Mobility provides shared electric scooters and bicycles (100 vehicles and safety equipment). MIND Taxi and MIND NCC offer booking services with dedicated providers and hybrid or electric vehicles. The MIND Mobility App allows access to and use of mobility services, providing real-time information on vehicle location, customer support, and service catalog consultation.
