NewCo Fuel Card

Digitization of all business processes- business, administrative, tax, financial, HR- of a new company in our client's group.

Challenge
Our client is Italy's leading private operator in the fuel and mobility services sector, with 5,000 stores spread throughout the country.
Approach
The new company will manage, autonomously, all current customer processes while the administration of those related to Managers and Acceptance Network will remain with IP. Thus, the main objective of the project is to operationally and logically separate customer-related processes (assigning them to NewCo) from those related to Managers and Partners (keeping them on IP).
Solution
The project was implemented on our client's SAP system impacting the FI, SD, HR and Profiles modules plus a custom module developed by Engineering for Fuel Card process management. The project lasted 6 months and was implemented through waterfall methodology.
