Where: international
Challenge
Reale Group is a global group active in Italy, with more than 3,800 employees worldwide, nearly 200 years of history, offering solutions and protection to 4.7m clients in insurance, banking, real estate and services. Its rapid global expansion, driven by Digital Innovation, sees the Group shift to an Agile methodology and move its entire IT infrastructure to the cloud.
Approach

Solution
Digital Ecosystem
The first phase was a consulting activity for the rationalization, evolution, and unification of IT monitoring and management tools. We proposed Dynatrace as a tool for evolving towards application observability. The client agreed on our vision and also engaged us for the following project phases. We were chosen as a reseller of the licenses used. In the second phase we supported the migration to the new platform, and then configured it to extract high value-added KPIs. The fourth phase (still in progress) is focusing on the adoption of the AI capabilities of the platform with integration within release pipelines with a view to push support for DevOps/Agile methodology and AIOps (Autoremediation in the face of issues).
