We developed a comprehensive software integration layer connecting TIM's customer service platforms with its business support systems through APIs and microservices. To strengthen and streamline this infrastructure, we implemented our DHuO API Plus product, enabling seamless integration via APIs, microservices, and Open Gateway APIs. This enabled TIM to launch a comprehensive e-commerce solution, streamlining each phase of the online sales process to enhance the customer experience further. Key components of the project included a specialized software integration layer (PMID), alongside the implementation of the Order Management solution and the GIP payment management system - all essential for delivering efficient, high-quality service to TIM’s customers.
