Our Client is one of the biggest hospitals in Europe, a prestigious school and research center. The hospital has observed a substantial transformation during the last years, as well as the healthcare sector.
Approach
Through Engineering D.HUB, our company for outsourcing and migration to Cloud services, we've been working alongside the hospital in order to face its new complex challenges, ensuring the high level of quality that we have proven over ten years of activities. In particular, we supported the Client with IT infrastructure outsourcing services, service desk and workplace management.

  • Integration of an application performance monitoring solution for OEBS application, to effectively measure user experience
  • Feasibility study on the automation of some Client's processes, leveraging Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technology
