An AI-based digital assistant designed to simplify interactions between citizens and public administration in the area of taxes and collections, improving access to information and promoting the use of online services.

Mission
It addresses the challenge of efficiently managing citizens' requests in the tax domain, reducing pressure on physical offices and call centers. It enables immediate responses, guides users toward existing digital services, and increases citizens' autonomy in interacting with the Municipality.
Solution
The solution is an intelligent chatbot integrated into the Municipality's website, designed to handle requests related to taxes, deadlines, and online services. The system is able to respond correctly on the first attempt in 93% of cases, and in 4% through automatic suggestions. In addition to providing information, the assistant guides users toward the digital services already available, promoting autonomy and digitalization.
