The goal is to improve data quality, properly support operational processes, and strengthen the historical management of territorial information.
Solution
The solution enables the management of a single centralized street registry, synchronized with an official public source and integrated with enterprise systems. Non-standard addresses are detected and corrected through AI-driven functions that suggest the closest validated format. All connected SAP objects are automatically updated, ensuring consistency across technical and commercial domains and enabling more accurate long-term management of territorial data.
Actions
The initiative involves the adoption of a single street master data model based on an official public registry, supported by structured data cleansing, alignment, and propagation activities across all relevant SAP objects. Specific application controls prevent the entry of non-compliant addresses and ensure the exclusive use of validated information. AI is introduced to facilitate the normalization of incomplete or ambiguous addresses, providing standardized suggestions based on external geocoding services.
