Description

Enlit Europe believes in an equitable energy transition that leaves no one behind. From corporates to consumers, investors to entrepreneurs, and engineers to activists. And although the road of the energy transition is a bumpy one, filled with challenges, uncertainties, hope and opportunities, the purpose is to deliver clean, affordable and reliable energy to all.

From source to generation, from grid to consumer, the boundaries of the sector are blurring, and this evolution is being shaped by established players, external disruptors, innovative start-ups and the increasingly engaged end-user. Enlit brings all of these people together to seize current opportunities, spotlight future ones, and inspire the next generation to be part of moving the energy transition forward.

During the event there will be a hub dedicated to projects accelerating the energy transition – Engineering will be present, and our researcher will be actively involved presenting the following projects:

  • BRIGHT on bringing individual consumers centre stage to deliver a community-centred adaptable Demand Response framework.
  • BD4NRG about creating a European approach to the Business-to-Business platforms able to give a competitive edge to the Energy Sector through Big Data and AI.
  • MATRYCS about combining modular Big Data applications and enabling technologies for holistic energy services in buildings.
  • PLATONE on leveraging the Blockchain technology to guarantee energy flexibility and a safe monitoring of consumption, putting the user at the heart of the network.
  • OneNet about seamless integration of all the energy stakeholders across Europe for the optimization of the energy system and the creation of an open market.
