The company, a leader in information services for financial and legal institutions, required support in designing and subsequently managing its IT infrastructures and Disaster Recovery plan in Italy.
Approach
By adopting a proactive approach aligned with the client’s business objectives, we were able to provide targeted advisory support for the design of the new IT infrastructure, enhancing operational efficiency through Eng’s assets and expertise. A governance model was also implemented which, through dedicated Project Managers and a single Program Manager, provides the client with a centralized point of contact and effective oversight across all critical areas.

Following an in-depth study and assessment of the IT infrastructure, Eng designed the onboarding of the client’s IT services with the objective of increasing efficiency and resilience.
A centralized remote system and application management service was activated and monitored through a 24/7 control room located at Eng’s Pont Saint Martin Data Center. IT operations were delivered in a redundant configuration across three Data Centers (two of which belong to Eng), ensuring operational continuity and full compliance with the SLAs and KPIs defined according to business needs.
The service was completed with the implementation of a dedicated Disaster Recovery project.
