Operators involved in debt collection often need operational clarifications, interpretation of updates, and support in navigating GERI’s functions. Manually searching for information in documents and manuals slows down daily activities and can lead to inefficiencies. The challenge is to ensure immediate, simple, and secure access to the knowledge accumulated over time, facilitating continuous training and daily operations.
Solution
The new GERI digital agent leverages an advanced ChatBot based on NLP and AI models, providing access to the knowledge base of system updates and technical documentation.
Through simple conversational interaction, it answers questions, provides operational examples, guides users through procedures, and supports analysis and evaluation of debt collection data.
The system ensures accuracy, continuous updates, and adaptability to regulatory and functional changes in the software.
