The objective is to turn a complex flow—based on DSU management, ISEE verification, and contract matching—into a stable, certified component ready for distribution.
Solution
The industrialized solution consolidates business logic, controls, and integration models into a single reusable asset, fully compatible with SAP processes for billing and master data management. The workflow automatically manages data from DSUs, verifies ISEE thresholds, links eligible customers to supply contracts, and transparently applies the benefit within enterprise systems, positioning the solution as a product ready for commercialization.
Actions
The initiative involves defining an end-to-end framework that automates the acquisition of ISEE data, matches it with active supply contracts, and applies the bonus directly to the bill, without the need for dedicated customer requests. The process is standardized, documented, and decoupled from individual project specifics, enabling native integration into customer systems and publication as an official solution on the SAP Store.
