Engineering awarded Top Employer Italy certification for the second consecutive year
Engineering, a leader in digital transformation processes for companies and Public Administration, led by CEO Aldo Bisio, has been awarded the Top Employer Italy certification for the second consecutive year by the Top Employers Institute.
The recognition is granted to organizations that stand out for the excellence of their HR policies and strategies and for their effective implementation, with the aim of improving people’s wellbeing and the quality of the working environment.
Alessia D’Addario, Chief People, General Services & HSE Officer of the Engineering Group, commented:
“Achieving the Top Employer certification for the second year in a row represents an important acknowledgment of the growth path we have undertaken and of the continuous work carried out over the past four years to strengthen our HR policies and practices. Being a Top Employer means aligning ourselves with the highest market standards, and in many areas even exceeding them. People remain at the heart of our strategy: we continue to invest in skills development, wellbeing, and in building an inclusive working environment where everyone can feel valued, inspired and supported, and empowered to fully express their potential.”
To obtain the Top Employer Italy 2026 certification, Engineering once again underwent a structured assessment process based on more than 250 questions, covering six macro-areas and analyzing 20 key HR practice domains. This year as well, the main strengths included People Strategy, change management supported by a strong focus on listening to Engineering’s people, and commitment to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.
Over the past year, the company further strengthened its performance particularly in the areas of Wellbeing, Learning and Onboarding, confirming an increasingly integrated, mature and truly people-centered approach.
Engineering’s approach to Wellbeing has been enhanced to support mental, physical, social and financial wellbeing through initiatives such as the creation of a personalized Benefits Portal and the launch of ENG-Care, a psychological support service offering a safe and confidential space for anyone wishing to speak with a professional. Learning activities have been redesigned through the adoption of innovative platforms, personalized learning paths and a continuous learning ecosystem that enables everyone to develop new technological and business skills and to independently build their own learning journey. The Onboarding experience has also been redesigned to be increasingly engaging and structured, ensuring support from day one to accompany people in taking on concrete responsibilities within meaningful projects.
The Top Employers Program highlights the positive impact that certified organizations can generate for millions of people. In 2025, the Top Employers Institute certified more than 2,250 companies in 131 countries and regions, including 143 in Italy, contributing to improving the working lives of over 14 million people worldwide.
