Challenge
Our client, a leading European airport management company, operates a complex IT infrastructure that includes proprietary Data Centers and needed a partner capable of providing 360° support in managing these systems.
Approach
Through seamless integration between the Eng team and the client’s IT organization, we established a strong, collaborative partnership focused on the end-to-end management of IT infrastructures, including the proprietary Data Center, providing continuous support to enhance and optimize the client’s processes and technology stack.
We managed the client’s entire IT infrastructure, including critical applications and sensitive data, ensuring continuity, security, and high performance. Our activities covered on- and off-premise operations across Eng Data Centers, supported by a 24/7 control room, as well as the planning, provisioning, and management of infrastructure and of Disaster Recovery and Cyber Resilience (Air-gapped Backup) processes.
We also supported the client in designing and implementing IT transformation and evolution projects to increase efficiency, reliability, and security, and implemented a Help Desk service as a Single Point of Contact to streamline request management and reduce response times.
