Challenge
One of the main companies in the processing of gold and precious metals needed to transform their business processes: hence, we designed a Digital Maturity Assessment in order to analyse and identify a solution with the aim of improving the company's business processes and systems.
Approach
The main goal of our assessment was to verify the maturity level of the company processes and the technologies used with the aim of designing a digital roadmap that could allow our client to decide which software solutions to adopt after having optimized the business processes.
Solution

The path consisted of three different steps:

  • Maturity Assessment: creation and analysis of KPIs related to the company's complexity and maturity, with respect to processes, organization and technologies used.
  • Targeted insights on critical areas with the aim of designing a new to-be model on three main pillars (Processes, Organization, Technologies).
  • Business Process Re-engineering on three areas: product development, production planning and storage management.
