Challenge
The development of a gamification format as a mechanism for engaging customers is essential for a company that wants to attract and acquire new customers, stimulate the use of a product/service, boost customer loyalty through a reward, and develop a positive relationship between the brand and consumers.
Approach
We supported a major financial client with the need to encourage its customers to use their Mastercards. The platform we offer is customisable and flexible, and has a variety of awards to choose from, leveraging the network of stakeholders and solutions offered by the format.

We first defined an engagement strategy analyzing the target audience and products/services offered. We then assessed the promotional initiative, including verification of compliance with legal requirements, advice on advertising communication, and the drafting of regulations and proxies, with the regulation being submitted electronically to the MISE (Italian Ministry of Economic Affairs). Next, we defined the catalogue, which includes the design, scouting and management of dedicated awards, followed by the communication plan, which includes concept creation, material production, talent and influencer management to raise awareness, as well as media and mediabuy strategies. Finally, we set up a competition platform and data reporting: a platform to support the incentive and/or prize award schemes of the participants, with data flow management and an organisational office.
