Use Case

Unified App for an Integrated Retail Experience

ABSTRACT
Our app goes beyond e-commerce: it delivers true unified commerce, fully integrated with all retail channels. Customers can switch between channels without losing their progress.

Where: international
Mission
Provide a unified shopping experience across channels, combining e-commerce convenience with in-store engagement. The goal is to boost loyalty and sales through integrated features and personalized interactions.
Solution
The app is designed as a commerce hub, not just an online store. Users can start checkout on desktop and continue on mobile seamlessly and viceversa. They can select a preferred store to view dedicated flyers and promotions, browse and share digital flyers, and access their digital loyalty card for points and exclusive benefits. Coupon management includes multiple formats: discounts linked to purchases, product-specific offers, and card-based activations. Push notifications keep users informed about new deals and events. This integration strengthens omnichannel engagement and drives conversions.
