Solution
The solution introduces a GenAI‑based agent integrated with enterprise systems and data, capable of providing consultants with up‑to‑date information on product catalogs, promotions, customer preferences, order history, and loyalty programs. The generative engine makes it possible to build personalized proposals and contextual product narratives, adapting content to the situation and the customer. Continuous interaction allows the system to learn over time, making support increasingly precise and effective across different sales scenarios.
