The Neta2D Metering module is Neta's software solution dedicated to the complete management of the measurement process in the gas distribution sector.
Designed to meet the operational and regulatory needs of distribution companies, the module allows you to manage in an integrated and automated way all activities related to the detection, validation, communication and analysis of measurements, both from traditional meters and from smart meters.
Through a flexible and highly parameterizable system, Metering allows Neta2D to plan readings, acquire them from different sources (reading companies, portals, AMI – Advanced Metering Infrastructure systems), validate them according to formal and substantial rules, and send them to the Integrated Information System (IIS) in accordance with ARERA resolutions.

The solution includes advanced features for the management of self-readings, the reconstruction of consumption in the event of malfunctions, the automatic calculation of indemnities and the production of regulatory and operational reports.
Thanks to the integration with external systems and the use of interactive dashboards, the module guarantees real-time visibility, complete traceability and decision support, improving operational efficiency and the quality of the service offered.
