The solution enables the Customer Marketing department to manage the entire commercial negotiation process with the end customer (both Prospect and existing Customer), from the first contact to the signing or renewal of the contract. The functionalities of the Desktop version concern the processes of defining and monitoring commercial campaigns; the Mobile version allows agencies to manage commercial negotiations (cases) from the data entry phase of the information (by the agent) to the automatic creation of the related CRM processes, passing through Back Office (BO) validation.
Neta4SALE ensures end-to-end coverage of the commercial campaign management process — from campaign definition by the Campaign Manager to the handling of applications by agencies, culminating in the automatic initiation of the relevant CRM processes (e.g., switching, transfers, etc.). Both the Desktop and Mobile versions are configurable based on the user profile.
