NetaHermes: the digital door that connects Sales to Distributors/Acquirente Unico in the Gas and Electricity Market​

NetaHermes supports A2A (Application to Application) communication with the SII and with the main distributors (E-Distribuzione, Italgas, Unareti, etc.), simultaneously managing multiple regulatory determinations, even on different distributors.​
It includes plug-in adapters for communication with different distributor systems (Four, Neta, Terranova, etc.) and guarantees continuous regulatory updates, thanks to the maintenance contract that ensures compliance with ARERA evolutions.​
NetaHermes is the module of the Neta platform dedicated to the management of communications between Sales companies and Distributors in the Gas and Electricity market, in accordance with the regulatory standards defined by ARERA and the Integrated Information System (IIS) of Regulatory body Acquirente Unico.​
The solution manages the two-way communication between “n” Sales companies and “m” Distributors, both for standardized and non-standardized services and converts messages from proprietary formats to formats compliant with the standard (and vice versa), supporting XML, CSV and XLSX format.​
